The hotel had a great location, being close to the tourist attractions I wanted to visit. the staff were very friendly and welcoming. the room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city from the window. the Wi-Fi was fast and there was plenty of hot water for the shower. I also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the breakfast buffet in the morning.

The hotel lacked some basic amenities like a lift, CCTV cameras, and a telephone in the room. the absence of a dustbin and soap shampoo were a letdown.

Really enjoyed my recent stay! The hotel was really conveniently located, with plenty of local shops and great restaurants nearby. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and were always on hand to offer advice and answer any questions. The rooms themselves were clean and well equipped, with everything you could need for a short stay - including complimentary toiletries and free WIFI.

There were a few issues that did detract from our stay. the lack of a lift made it difficult to get our bags up to our room, and the fact that there were no CCTV cameras made us feel a little uneasy at times.
